I'm Chris Murphy" The Old Owl" . I own and operate my charters out of Queen Charlotte B.C. With decades of experience fishing both the East and West coast I have spent a great deal of time on the oceans, learning all the tricks of the trade. I currently run a 26 foot Silverline that is Coast Gaurd approved, rated for 4 occupants plus crew and has facilities onboard.
I offer two types of charters, Fishing and Sight seeing. The fishing includes salmon and halibut during the appropriate seasons. The sight seeing is available whenever we can safely set to sea.
Enjoy the unsurpassed natural beauty of the Haida Gwaii Islands and the diverse wildlife to be seen. From Black Bears roaming the shores to seals and sea otters basking on the rocks. We even see an occasional whale or porpoise. Bald eagles and raven fly overhead while seabirds float by.
Fishing Day Rates are as follows:
2 people for $800 , 3 people for $900, 4 people for $1200
Sight Seeing and Inlet tours are $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
